ACCESSIBILITY

Important notice

It is with great sadness that we share the news that from Friday 31 January, the Devon Wellbeing Hub will no longer be taking new referrals. The service will honour its commitments to staff who are already receiving support.

Despite this change, there is a range of national and local wellbeing resources available to health care, social care and police staff. Please visit your local intranet, or speak to your manager, for more information about the support available within your own organisation.

For urgent mental health support 24/7, please contact the First Response Service via NHS 111 (select the mental health option).

Thank you to everyone who has supported the Hub over the past four years. We wish you all the best for the future.

Welcome to the Devon Wellbeing Hub

The past few years have been incredibly challenging, with COVID-19 having a huge impact on us all. As key workers, you have been working incredibly hard and supporting others, but have you had the time to think about how you’re feeling during this time?

Whether you’re feeling burnt-out, overwhelmed, struggling to cope with the pressures of your job, or having difficulties in your home life, we’re here to help you.

If you are struggling with any aspect of your wellbeing at all, or you lead a team who would benefit from support, find out more about how we can help you today. We also run free, virtual workshops on a range of wellbeing topics. Click below to see our available sessions and book your place.

ABOUT US Virtual Workshops

"This is a brilliant service. I was given the time and space to put all my concerns on the table. I was heard and taken seriously and given great suggestions as to next steps I could take and then followed up. This is exactly what I needed at a time I needed it. I have managed to stay in work (which I love) and have a plan to address the issues which have been causing me such immense stress. I can't thank you all enough."
